3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 cup NESTLE Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup NESTLE Toll House Premier White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
PREP:
You will need to infuse your solvent (oil, butter, etc) BEFORE baking this recipe - approximately 8 hours.
Without decarboxylation you will not get the psychoactive effect (get high) from your cannabis. Cannabis butter requires a two-step process. You MUST decarboxylate your cannabis and then infuse it with your butter or oil solvent. Personally, I find that decarboxylating and infusing in one step will negatively impact the quality of your infused butter.
When infusing your butter, a good rule of thumb is 1lb of butter (4 sticks) for every 1 ounce of cannabis.
If you have a low tolerance, start with 1/8 ounce of cannabis to 2 sticks of butter.

STEP 1:
Pre-heat oven to 375° F

STEP 2:
In a medium sized bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

STEP 3:
In a large bowl, mix room temperature cannabis butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, dark brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.

STEP 4:
Add room temperature eggs to batter in the large mixing bowl, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

STEP 5:
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Fold in semi-sweet and white chocolate chip morsels.

STEP 6:
Put the batter into a zip lock bag and freeze for 1 hour. This step is necessary if you want to achieve a soft cookie.

STEP 7:
Remove dough from freezer and defrost for 5 - 10 minutes. Mold cookies into a cookie shape.

STEP 8:
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes (if you're like me you won't wait!)

BONUS:
As always, if too much THC is consumed in an edible - please keep CBC on hand to counter the effects.
